Dear Mr. Hoblit: My wife and I completed the special order/purchase of our Chrysler 300C on February 28. During the entire process, we were impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of the personnel at your dealership. We want to make special note of the Fleet Manager who handled our transaction, Mr. Grady Glyer. From the outset, Grady was thorough, courteous and professional. He returned phone calls promptly, and kept us informed as to the progress of our order. Unlike other auto purchases we have made over the years, there was never any pressure, and Grady exuded a strong feeling of trust from the time we met him. We respectfully request that you extend our sincere compliments and thanks to Grady. He is a fine credit to your organization. As an aside, I thought you might be interested in how we ended up at Hoblit. We had visited one dealer in Sacramento last year but were turned off by the sales rep. In September, friends from Florida were visiting and needed minor repair on their Town and Country. He said he would only deal with a "Five Star" dealer and found your name in his directory. He called and made an appointment, and I went with him to Woodland for the repair. He explained the Five Star designation to me, then I saw it in action that day. In fact, that's when I met Grady, while looking at the new 300s on the lot. That is how we ended up in Woodland! We will never go anywhere else for a Chrysler product or service...
